WEBTRAC: THE PROVEN WAY TO F&I SUCCESS

The Providence Group’s WebTrac is a compilation of various reports, extracting YOUR F&I numbers from your computer. This enables you, as the Finance Manager, to monitor the total effectiveness of all involved in your Dealership’s Sales Department.
Why is this important? We all know a Finance Manager is MUCH more effective with sales people who follow the Dealership’s Road to the Sale and Desk Managers who follow the Dealership’s prescribed way of doing business.
By advising these various people how they are doing throughout the month, you will finish the month where YOU WANT to finish, not where it WINDS UP! Plus, you can pat a sales person on the back for VSC sales, TO’s, and gross, as well as advise them on any F&I comp they are tracking to receive, whether good or not-so-good.
You can print a report showing all Sales Managers in decreasing order, their effectiveness in the F&I product and gross profit arena weekly, bi-weekly, etc. This is a POWERFUL un-spoken report when posted for all to see. Given the natural competitiveness of those of us in sales, you will find that the good people will continually improve themselves, thereby improving F&I results and….YOUR compensation.
Pull the report daily. Invest 10-15 minutes glancing at a different report to spot any weakness in the current month, and take corrective action BEFORE it costs YOU
